Reminder: Tuesday's lecture is a guest seminar—Prof. Mike Edmunds (Cardiff), The Antikythera Mechanism. This material is examinable: there will be a question in the exam that asks you to write essays on three of the guest seminars. I will try to get a copy of the slides to post on the website, but if I can't, I think you'll find most of the relevant information on the Antikythera Mechanism Research Project website.
